Lonely Stranger
50
A lonely stranger in a world forged from brutality
Once seeking a glimpse of humanity
Marked to live in broken dreams
Doomed to cover at night with tears
Darkness has created a heart of stone
A beast who shall never cry or moan.
A life built of sadness and despair
Yet why should any one care
A lonely stranger in a world forged from brutality
In a universe that only preaches fake humanity
Well this is another poem, and i guess you people have had enough. Yet, i don't think much can be said about it, because i myself do not know why i wrote it. I guess it is just for fun nothing else. i believe some of us go through this stage . Enjoy
btw the page is not publishing my peom it says " NO content" so i guess i have to continue writing until i can publish it. So about the poems, i guess they are the influence of my heavy/Metal music. I started writing them when i was depressed or had extra time. i believe i write for fun and to express what some can't, though sometimes people might misunderstand what i am trying to say. Anyhows, i guess i have nothing to say other than, life is full of surprises. :d

we're the exact opposites; when I write poetry I focus on a topic and all the rest are spun from there - it is very premeditated. but nonetheless, it's the output that counts no matter how it was written! this is a nice poem and i agree with you that it's quite gloomy - but that's not to say it's not beautiful! thanks for sharing :D
