Poets of the Falls

Fingertips that wish to touch again the other side of the sky that can't be reached tonight offering to you a poem that floats in the night sky ~Versailles
This is one crazy poem and i hope people can read past the words the facade and find the desire within the unsettling soul, and understand. A friend of mine on facebook once wrote:
A 15 year old girl holds hands with her 1 year old son. People call her a slut. No one knows she was raped at 13. People call another guy fat. No one knows he has a serious disease causing him to be over weight. People call an old man ugly. No one knew he had a serious injury to his face while fighting for our country in the war. Never judge harshly on appearance . You never know what it's hiding until you scratch a little deeper.
Poets of the Fall
His world crumbles out of fear
In a world drenched with nothing but tear
The endless tears in his eyes speak about throbbing
And I watch him from the mirrors of shadows sobbing
Never blaming fate for his misery he held his pain in silence
And now only his words stand as living proof for his pain as witness
The dance of the shadows gives birth to the poets of the fall
Born out of loneliness a heart breaks, though it swore to stand tall
Betrayed by the world that claims his pain its nutrition
Living in shadows cast by isolation and self-mutilation
Words drowned in forsaken tears under the dying flame
And yet for the pain the world is one to blame
He had the world in one hand, and nothing in the other
And life decided to isolate him from the world and smother
And he was the ship’s anchor
The breathless soul that sinks to let the ship break to the surface
Lapsing into the merciless dark sea in bleakness that was merciless
And into the night he carried his destiny, the forsaken boulder
On his back, he crawled until he could no more any further
Yet he never cried until now, watching his world turn to debris
And he decided to take the final stand to set his restless soul free
So tell me after the last petal of the Sakura tree crashes to the floor
Who will tend to the wounds of the broken poets, wounds that sore
Scramble on the floor, the present was just a dream
And now the sun’s rays of light die beam after beam
And after everything falls apart for the poet, what does tomorrow hold,
For those rewarded with hate for their words instead of gold
Resting on the floor are the ashes of a star barely breathing
And poetry’s token has turned into self-induced poisoning
Silence, before the final raid
Rest assure this pain will fade
Do I even what to know the price you have paid
And the sorrowful soul of yours you had to trade ?
In the tormenting silence of the darkness
You pretend to find peace within the madness
The divine has tested you up to a threshold
And in the final words of the power you find a stronghold
I hear the heart in tormenting pain sigh
And yet I don’t understand why
The poet crumbles burning in raging fires broken
With the his last will written with his own blood unspoken
The street silent and deadly makes poetry that people never heard
And the cage finally breaks letting go of the bird whose words were unheard
In the darkness that settles on your chest you crumble
And with the weight of the world you stumble
You claim the knife to be the road to peace
And finally the light you are able to seize

Based upon this HUB, you might enjoy…
You create vivid imagery with your words and tell explicitly life's many hidden truth. You ve a penchant for success and have used your immense talent to tell of life's realities. I applaud your determination
one word "fantastic" from beginning till end, loved it because it expresses life's hidden realities which we do not want to discuss or bring into light. voted up!

A new fan... just signed on to the site a week ago. In reviewing your poems, you got some talent girl... When I start posting hubs I would love for your feedback, but until then I will enjoy your raw reality on this fatal world
Explanation about the sad images in the beginning makes the reader imbibe what to expect next. Poetry is wonderfully narrated. It comes straight from your heart into my mind. The verse have deep underlying meanings. Great work.
I find so much passion in the story you wrote in poetic scene so intense and beautiful. I love your words. Voted up and beautiful.
